1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JunkRemovalFL's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Service Description

JunkRemovalFL provides junk removal and hauling services throughout Florida. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial junk removal
  • Furniture removal
  • Appliance removal
  • Construction debris removal
  • Yard waste removal
  • Hot tub removal

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are estimates and subject to change based on actual volume and weight
  • Final pricing will be provided on-site before work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
  • Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials or difficult access

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Service appointments are subject to availability
  • We provide 2-hour arrival windows
  • Same-day service is available when you call before 10am (subject to availability)
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Prohibited Items

We cannot remove the following items:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, medical waste)
  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Items containing Freon (unless properly discharged)
  • Wet paint or paint cans with liquid paint
  • Biological waste
  • Any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all items to be removed are accessible
  • Notifying us of any hazardous materials or special conditions
  • Obtaining necessary permissions (HOA, property management) for removal
  • Providing accurate information about the scope of work
  • Being present or available during the service appointment

7. Liability and Insurance

  • JunkRemovalFL is fully licensed and insured
  • We are not liable for damage to items being removed
  • We take reasonable care to protect your property during removal
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

8. Disposal and Recycling

We are committed to eco-friendly disposal practices. Items are sorted for donation, recycling, or proper disposal. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be donated or recycled.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Florida.
